Prior to 19Y Advisors, James worked in Strategy and Business Development at LexisNexis Risk Solutions where he supported annual strategic planning, evaluation of joint ventures, acquisition targets, due diligence, financial model preparation, and business case analysis. He has been involved in buy and sell-side acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital investments, turnaround situations, and strategic analysis for both private and public corporations, family offices, institutional investors, and startups.
